A blend of Thai, California, and Guajillo Peppers with apples, tejocote (a Mexican relative of the Crabapple) and cachaça (Brazilian raw sugarcane rum)
Aged 150 days this lively hot sauce has a blend of almost floral notes that inch towards sweetness that bring out so many different flavors from this west coast blend of chilies. Eggs, Ramen, Fried Rice, Steak Eggsrolls, Tacos, Ribs, Báhn Mì and anything else you can think of are going spice right up.
