We take a 1/2 Rack of Pork Ribs, marinate them in our own Jamaican Jerk Rub and slow cook them 12 hours until they are tender and delicious. Finish them on the Grill, In your backyard pizza oven, under a boiler, in the oven or even in a pan on the stove.
Served with a side of Spicy Tropical Fruit Punch Watermelon Rind Pickles
Enjoy them as is or add some of our Black Chili BBQ Sauce and be the King or Queen of your next summertime get together.
1 to 2 pound Half Rack of fulled cooked Pork Ribs (6 to 7 bones) slow cooked for 12 hours. Ready to Brown and Serve.
