Ready to Grill: Whole Lemon Pepper Chicken: Dinner Entree for 4/6 PPL
Spring Chicken Dinner.
We take farmhouse birds and marinate them with Green Garlic, Spring Onions and Herbs - This super juicy bird is fully cooked and ready to go. You can finish this in the oven or on the grill.
Meyer lemon teams up with coconut vinegar, fish sauce and smoked salt to add tons of extra umami to the chicken when it's oven-roasting. This gives tender meat on the bottom of the pan as well as deeply crispy skin on the top: Delightful. There are some Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes chilling with those birds in the pan collecting all that great flavor.
Spring is all about hot and cold so we pair this dish with a low key raw herb salad in a big bowl with stone fruits & medjool dates. Dear friend Oregon hazelnuts come along to give some fun texture.
